Il Bordello Buffets:

£2.50 per head nibbles
olives, pistachios, sun blush tomatoes, artichoke hearts and bread and balsamic dipping oil.

£5.00 per head finger buffet
No plates or cutlery, but plenty of cocktails sticks and napkins, and knives for spreading pate etc.

The above, plus a selection of cold cured meats, cheeses, crostini with chicken liver or wild boar pate,
hummus and sun blushed tomato hummus, anchovies, anchovy banderilles, etc.


£10.00 per head fork and plated buffet
Small oval plates out in piles, and containers of napkins, cutlery and cocktails sticks for guests to help themselves.

All of the above, plus a selection of mediterranean tarts, fishka pastry shapes with anchoiade, roasted vegetables, quails eggs and tapenade in mini pastry cases, merguez (African Lamb Sausages), involtini(ricotta in parma ham), dolmades, mini mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on skewers, tortilla, potato and chorizo cooked in cider etc.

Deserts @ £4.00 per head
Lemon polenta cake and marscapone, pannetone, panforte and amoretti and chocolate pan di stelle biscuits.

We can do all of the above cut into small squares on plates, with no individual plates or cutlery, for £2.50 per head, as part of a buffet.

NB – all pates, hummus and Mediterranean tarts are served with labels with lists of ingredients. Pesto dressing is used with many items, so please indicate if any of your guests are gluten or nut intolerant.

All buffets carry a 10% service charge and VAT @ 17.5%, and are payable in full, 2 weeks in advance.
